It was always going to happen ! Officers in Cornwall Council thinking that they run the council rather than the Councillors who were voted in by the general public. The fracas at the planning meeting recently shows what bullies they are when they tell the planning committee to disregard what the public have to say and if ththe committee “do not vote the right way, it will be on thier heads!!!” I thought we lived in a democracy ! One member of the public was even manhadled by one of the officers and sustained a heart attack the next day and, a further one four days later. He is now in hospital awaiting a triple heart bypass. It is possible that this officer may have to answer a charge of assault.
